Body Altars cannot be legitimately obtained without cheating.
Generation
Body Altars generates in the center circle of Body Altars.
Usage
Body Altars imbue Rune Essence or Pure Essence into Body Runes, requiring a Body Talisman or a Body Tiara to do so.
