Obtaining
Luminite Ore Blocks can only be obtained via Silk Touch enchanted pickaxes, they will otherwise drop Luminite.
Natural generation
Luminite Ore is generated in blobs/veins of 1-8 from y levels 112 to -16 and only in jungle biomes.[1]
Usage
The primary usage of Luminite Ore is a secondary component required to smelt Mithril Bars or Adamantite Bars.
